AFFIDAVIT OF COHABITATION

WE, CHRISTIAN TAHUP ELEDEROS and JENE ROSE E. ESCOBANEZ, both of legal age, Filipinos,
and residents of Brgy. Bago, General Tinio, Nueva Ecija, after being sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state that;
1. We have been living together exclusively as husband and wife since 2014, or for about
six years;
2. We do not have any legal impediment since the beginning of our cohabitation;
3. We are executing this affidavit to enter into a contract of marriage;
4. We attest to the truth of the foregoing facts.
