a. No menstruation (amenorrhea)
An early sign of pregnancy that is familiar, that is when a woman
does not experience menstruation or late period regularly.
b. Breast Changes
Breast changes are another very early sign of pregnancy. A
woman's hormone levels rapidly changes after conception.
Because of the changes, her breasts may become swollen,
afternoon, or tingly a week or two later. Or they may feel heavier
or fuller or feel tender to the touch. The area around the nipples,
called the areola, may also be darken.
c. Fatigue
Feeling very tired is normal in pregnancy, starting early on. A
woman can start feeling unusually fatigued as soon as one
week after conceiving.
d. Nausea (Morning Disease)
Morning sickness is a well-known symptom of pregnancy. But
not all pregnant women get it. The exact cause of morning
sickness is unknown but pregnancy hormones might contribute
to this symptom. Nausea during pregnancy can occur at any
time but most often in the morning.
e. Urinating More Often
You may think frequent urination occurs later, when the baby
presses on your bladder, but the increase in rest periods in the
bathroom sometimes starts early. Not only does a swollen
uterus can put pressure on your bladder, but extra blood flow to
the kidneys (which starts immediately) also causes them to
produce more urine. Not much can be done about it, except
frequent urination accompanied by burning, urgency or other
signs of infection. (If so, tell your doctor.) Don't reduce your fluid
intake.
f. Cravings
At this time, Your tired body can ask for extra carbohydrates
now because they are easily metabolized, which helps keep
energy levels high.
g. Headache
Increased blood volume can trigger tension headaches that are
often but mild in the first few weeks of pregnancy in some
women. These headaches can also be triggered early in
pregnancy if you don't drink enough fluids or if you have anemia.
h. Constipation
The same hormone that is responsible for bloating is also
behind your toilet problems. Because your digestive track is
slowing now, food may not pass quickly. These symptoms will
likely increase as your pregnancy continues.
