AFFIDAVIT OF PARENTAL ADVICE

I, JUAN LUNA, Filipino, of legal age, widow, and a resident of Brgy.

Siol Sur, Leon Iloilo Philippines, after being sworn to in accordance with
law, depose and state THAT:

1. I am the biological parent of JOY LUNA who was born on September

8, 1996;
2. She intends to marry her fiancé PEET MCGIV, a Russian citizen, a
holder of a passport no. 751125004 issued at FMC 77806 on July 4,
2015 on her own free will;
3. I am giving my full consent to my daughter in the course of marriage
and knowing no legal impediment to her marriage;
4. I interpose no objection and in fact give my formal parental consent
to PEET MCGIV;

I am executing this Affidavit of Parental Advice in truth of the foregoing

facts and for all legal intents and purposes which this document may serve.
