DIRECT VOICEMAIL DROP IN BEHIND CALL FUNCTION

Purpose
I'm a Senior Manager that has promised clients a weekly call to let them know we are still working on
their case. However the calls are taking most of my day. I need a way to make the promised calls
without it taking the majority of my day so I have time to solve the case and not just make the calls.
Functionality
You can send and drop voicemail's directly to Account, Lead and Campaign members
mobile telephone numbers without their phone ringing while still showing a missed call
from a number of our choosing on their caller ID. You can also send voicemail's to
multiple Accounts and Leads with a help of List button.

Configurations
You can use below configuration to modify this functionality.

1. Audio file names - A picklist has been used to store names of audio files in
object type. You can add or remove values from this picklist. You also need to
enable these values in different record types.

2. Changing Caller ID – Caller id for Voicemail can be changed by

changing value in labels. You can access this from HERE

3. Credential for Slybroadcast – Credentials for Slybroadcast can

be changed by editing the values in labels. Username & Password.
