This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:
Al M. Onds, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence and postal
address at Marville Homes, Irisan, Baguio City 2600 hereinafter referred to
as the SELLER
-AND-
Leaf Y. Green, Filipino and with residence and postal address at Aurora
Hill, Baguio City 2600, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.
WITNESSETH;
WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a parcel of land
with improvements located at Brookspoint, East Bayan Park, Aurora Hill,
Baguio City and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 123456
containing a total area of Five Hundred (500) SQUARE METERS, more or
less, and more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has
agreed to sell the above mentioned property for the amount of One Million
Pesos (P 1,000,000.00) Philippine Currency;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Million Pesos (P 1,000,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the
vendee to the vendor, the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and
CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, his heirs and
assigns, the certain parcel of land together with all the improvements found
thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature including
real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.

That I, Oliv E. Oil, Filipino, of legal age, a resident of Gibraltar,
Baguio City, Philippines, is the lawful owner of a certain motor vehicle
which is more particularly described as follows:

acknowledged to my entire satisfaction, I hereby sell, transfer and convey by
way of Absolute Sale unto Mr. B Eans, Filipino, of legal age, and resident
of Green Valley, Baguio City, Philippines, the above described motor
vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our hands this
10th day of January at Baguio City.
The above described real estate, not having been registered under Act
No. 496 nor under the Spanish Mortgage Law, the parties hereto have agreed
to register this instrument under the provisions of Sec. 194 of the Revised
Administrative Code, as amended.

by Road Lot 25 and on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 39, Blk. 6 all of the
cons. and subd. plan. Beginning at a pt. marked “1” on plan, being N
xxxxxxx containing an area of THIRTY SIX SQUARE METER (36) ,

WHEREAS, the BUYER have offered to buy and the SELLER have
agreed to sell the above mentioned property for the amount of TWO
HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 280,000.00) Philippine
Currency;
WHEREAS, the BUYER may assume Home Development Mutual
Fund (HDMF) balance starting on January 20, 2016 including occurrence of
charges until fully paid, except on the event that the SELLER death may
agree to pay half of the unamortized balance to his beneficiary.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Wada Melon, of legal age, single with residence at 142 San Carlos
Extension, Baguio City, Philippines, herein referred to as the VENDEE.
WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR has agreed to sell unto and in favor of the
VENDEE, and the VENDEE is willing and/or agreeable to buy from the
VENDOR, its ownership, rights and interest a portion of the above-
described land with an area of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO (352)
SQUARE METERS with a total consideration of TWO MILLION TWO
HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (Php2,288,000.00),
Philippine Currency, under the terms and conditions provided hereunder;
Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the foregoing, they do hereby
agree as follows:
1. That upon signing of this Conditional Deed of Sale, the VENDEE shall
pay ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(Php1,200,000.00), as downpayment;
3. That upon receipt of the Bank Guarantee in favor of the VENDOR, the
latter shall execute an Absolute Deed of Sale in favor of the VENDEE;
4. That failure to pay the balance shall cause the automatic rescission of this
Contract with damages in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (Php100,000.00);
5. That the realty taxes and special assessments on the subject property on or
before the date of sale, cost of operation of the documents of sale, and
notarial fees shall be for the account of the VENDOR; while those realty
taxes that shall accrue after the date of this Conditional Deed of Sale, capital
gains tax, documentary stamps, costs of registration, transfer tax, and all
incidental expenses for the issuance of the new title shall be for the account
of the VENDEE;

for Physical Abuse in Relation to R.A. 7610 now pending before the
Regional Trial Court, Branch 1 of Baguio City, Benguet?
Q4: Do you personally know the accused in this case, Cin N. Amon?
A4: Yes Sir.
Q5: Can you tell us why you personally know Mr. Amon?
A5: He also lives in Purok 3 Libertad. He is our neighbor and their house
is just beside our house. We are friends since I was a child.
Q6: Where were you on January 3, 2016 at about 10:00 o’clock in the
morning?
A6: I was walking home at that time after I had visited my friend Paolo
Balesteros at Purok 1 Aurora Hill, Baguio City.
Q7: Who was with you during that time you were walking home?
Q12: Why do you say that he was angry during that time?
A12: Because when he got out of their house, he was swearing and he
seemed to be pissed off of something inside their house.
Q17: Based on this medical certificate you are showing to us that the
injuries would have incapacitated you for a period of 7 to 10 days?
A19: It was Art I. Choke, Medical Officer III at Butuan Medical Center
Q30: Why did you say that it was Dr. Choke who signed it?
A30: Because I was in front of her when she signed the medical certificate.
