INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant Provincial Prosecutor of Leyte

accuses APOLINARIO LAROA, JR. y MALDO alias “JOJO”, of
Brgy. San Vicente, Tolosa, Leyte, of the crime of Homicide committed
as follows:

That on or about October 06, 2020 in the Municipality of

Tolosa, Province of Leyte, Philippines, and within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused,
with deliberate intent to kill, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully, and feloniously attack, assault and stab Vince R. de
la Cruz, with the use of a short bladed weapon, which accused
provided for the purpose, thereby inflicting upon said Vince R.
de la Cruz fatal wounds which directly caused his death to the
damage and prejudice of the heirs of the victim.
