In line with our subject Administration and Management of Physical Education and Health
Education Programs (PEADMA), we, as part of Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED)
would be very grateful to you if you grant us the permission to conduct an online seminar
through Google Meet on January 7, 2021.
Our group is assigned to Sport Management focusing on volleyball. We believe that the said
seminar will be very beneficial not only to our targeted audiences, but also those who are
interested as we include concepts, advanced techniques and strategies, and other related
information about volleyball.
We assure you that as we do this, we observe safety guidelines and ethical behaviors which
would not affect the school’s name and reputation,and all information are critically verified to
produce a substantial impact to the audience.
Attached is the project proposal including the title, venue, speakers, proponents, sequence of
the segments in the seminar along with the date and time, budget allocated and the objectives.

Volleyball Galore

III Rationale

Since there is already presence of basic skills in the targeted audiences, the need to
introduce advanced strategies and techniques will be very beneficial for them as it can improve
their skills and knowledge to a higher level.
The fundamental reason for this proposal is to deliver information about volleyball to a
variety of audiences which mainly includes, volleyball players, volleyball enthusiast/aspirants,
coaches PE students, teachers. The Management team as an educator also agreed to invite a
reliable and suitable resource person for the seminar to refer all learner inquiries related to the
volleyball. This activity fell under skill and academic freedom, much like that of asking the guest
speaker to teach or share experiences about the said field.
The conduct of this seminar will be online through Google Meet platform. Google is an
advantageous way as it has a great ability to grade a sort of community to witness our project
proposal. Google Meet has its unique features for audience engagement, such as real-time
commenting that allow hosts and viewers to interact .
This proposal will be conducted observing safety protocols and expected to be an
easygoing activity.

IV Objectives

The conduct of the seminar is expected to:

1. To educate anyone interested about Volleyball.
2. To help volleyball players and aspiring enthusiast to explore more about their sport as it
include advance techniques and strategies.
3. To provide coaches and teachers basis and reminder on concepts of volleyball which they may
use for their profession.
For the Managers:
1. To share information
2. To experience managing an orientation of sport event in an online platform

4. To work collaboratively with the team
