A.1) The project is all about company shifting the office facility for expansion,
which is 10 away from their current office building.

A.2) The stakeholders are all the Employees, owners, suppliers and vendors.

A. 3.) There might be some issues which will come during the project and few are:

 Change to resistance: People are usually having a change resistance behavior;

they are not comfortable with the changes which makes discomfort to their
usual life.
 Renovation & Shifting: Renovation or changes in the new building according to
the company standards and needs. E.g. – Network setup/ Interior /Layout
/design. Sifting the office supplies and goods to the new facility to set up the
office.
 Address change: Change in address on different portals, vendors, systems.
