The application referred to above is about issues relating to compliance with by-laws by
the owner of shop 33 (lot 6).

Mediation Services offers mediation to assist people involved in strata schemes to

resolve a wide range of disputes quickly and economically through a process of
negotiated discussion.

Mediation has been set for 10:00 AM on 20 September 2019 at Parramatta. Please
note that mediation may take approximately three hours.

In relation to this application, you can:

• Attend the mediation. Please note this will be confirmed in writing (usually
sent by email) once you and the applicant have confirmed your attendance .

• Decline mediation. The applicant may then apply for a hearing at the NSW Civil
and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). NCAT does not require a respondent to
have attempted mediation. If an application is lodged, the Tribunal will hear from
both sides and then decide the matter.

to advise me of your decision via phone on 0436 656 816.

Please note if you wish to participate in mediation it is important you respond to this
