RESOLUTION NO. 164-2020

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES

(PPAs) FOR THE LOCAL COUNCIL FOR THE PROTECTION OF WOMEN, SENIOR
CITIZENS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES FOR CALENDAR 2021

WHEREAS, Ms. Liezl A. Racho, MSWD Officer of the Municipality, has presented
the Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) intended for the local council for the
protection of children, senior citizens and persons with disabilities in the municipality,
with clearly defined objectives and corresponding allocation which the Executive and
the Legislative Departments commit to undertake in the year 2021;

WHEREAS, upon a thorough deliberation and on motion of SB Member Teddy R.

Tatad to pass the measure on final reading, duly seconded by SB Member Jessa Joy C.
Dalangpan, the Sangguniang Bayan Members unanimously-

RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVES, TO ADOPT THE PROGRAMS,

PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES (PPAs) FOR THE LOCAL COUNCIL FOR THE
PROTECTION OF WOMEN, SENIOR CITIZENS AND PERSONS WITH
DISABILITIES FOR CALENDAR 2021

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the Office

of the Municipal Mayor, and other offices, departments and agencies concerned for
their information, guidance and reference.
