Verwater is specialized in piping and mechanical

works: engineering, prefab and on-site
construction. Our offering includes maintenance
of piping and a variety of installations, with CS,
stainless steel, aluminum, GRE, monel and other
materials. Verwater complies with local legislation
and additional customer-specific requirements.
In our work we apply norms such as API, ASME,
DIN, EN and PED.

Prefabrication
Verwater has multiple prefab shops at
strategic locations for prefabrication of piping
works, structural steel (NEN 1090) and
specials such as skids, strainers, pulling heads
for the offshore industry, pressure vessels and
headers. Our prefab shops have specialized
innovative equipment, amongst which
automated welding equipment, and separate
production areas for CS and stainless steel.

Valve Services
We have an in-house specialized workshop through which we
offer a comprehensive service menu for the revision of control
valves and fittings. Our services include revision of control valves
and fittings, such as safety, pressure and vacuum valves.
The calibration of instrumentation such as thermometers, pressure
gauges and transmitters. On site assembly and disassembly of the
valves and fittings. Connecting and testing. Inspections on site to
check valves and fittings; machining for all disciplines.
Fieldwork
Verwater offers services around mechanical fieldworks in the
chemical, petrochemical, tank terminals and process industry.
Piping and piping racks, installation of skids and tie-ins are
our core business.

Turnarounds
Our experienced work force is able to
lead and coordinate small and medium
turnarounds. Flexibility, early involvement
(scoping, budget, scheduling and work
preparation with our clients) and tight
scheduling are key factors of your success.

This includes bundle pulling, cleaning,

inspection and repair by plug-in or replacing.
Our scope of services also includes
dismantling, cleaning, inspection and repair
of (re)boilers. The mechanical works on ovens
and distillation columns are executed by
trained and certified employees.
Wrapping
Knowledge of the most current
wrapping technologies, executed
by our own employees.

 Fire Water systems
Installation and repair of foam
and water installations; designed,
engineered and executed in
accordance with the latest (local)
standards such as NFPA.
The installation of the piping (CS,
GRE and stainless steel), pumps and
valves is our core competence.

Quick Flange
Verwater has an license with Quick Flange to apply
tight and mechanically certified flange-to-pipe
connections without welding. Quick Flange is a safe
and cost-effective solution which is quickly and
permanently mounted with no hot work involved.
