BRAND INTRODUCTION

Bent Chair is a young unconventional brand adding a twist to how furniture is viewed, displayed and admired
in beautiful spaces.

The inception of the brand is rooted to the dearth of an affordable luxury brand in the market. To address this need, we
created Bent Chair. The term ‘bent’ refers to something that has been altered from its original form to a rather unusual
figure. This very creative bent experience is what we share with our customers through our varied range of home decor
and furniture products that are in sync with the latest global trends.

In a nutshell, Bent Chair is an affordable luxury brand which manufactures its own designs in terms of furniture and
decor products. Our manufacturing unit is in Ambala, Haryana and our corporate office is in Safdarjung Enclave, New
Delhi. For product experience, we have our studios in Gurugram and Westend Colony, New Delhi, with multiple offline
stores coming up across PAN India. The vision of the brand is to be present in every space by providing trendy hi-
functional designs that are affordable and highly durable, and also to bring innovation in the retail experience.

Bent Chair is a brand with omni channel approach which involves research and development in sync with the global market,
ideation, sketching, designing, prototyping, CAD detailing, product creation, upholstery, finishing, quality check, multi layer
packaging and global shipping. This process is not restricted to a specific type of product. We believe in developing multiple
product types to cater to a greater audience and also we believe in reviving the lost skill of artisans via our Lokalferi line.

Also, Bent Chair’s online portal not only promotes its own product but works with various vendors to cater to its customers as a
one stop solution for creating a trendy space.

Bent Chair as the name suggests is different from the usual and so is our idea of a franchise. The model proposed by Bent Chair
involves investment against stock with no additional fees taken against the brand that has built its credibility from PR &
Marketing. By franchising with us, you become an authorised partner for selling in the assigned territory and all dealings in terms
of offline products is exclusively done by the partner. In fact, redirection of leads with offline exclusive furniture queries is done
by the franchisor to help in movement of stock of the franchise (pricing of these products won’t be listed on the website and will
be stated as on request for the franchisee to address the concern directly).

Bent Chair will support your Marketing in terms of digital brand promotions. The
planning and execution of other marketing tools are up to you.

6.W ho will spend on Research & Development of New Products?

Bent Chair. W ith our 50,000 sq. production unit, we have the technical know-how, and the
production capabilities to come up wi th New Products after extensive R&D for the same.

7.W ho will do the Accounting & Book -Keeping?

You will be responsible for Accounting & Book -Keeping. W ith access to the Vendor
panel given to you by Bent Chair, Accounting tasks will be smooth as silk to handle
form your end.

A Franchise Executive will be allocated to your Franchise as an Account Manager to

9. How much Discounts can I run in my Store?

It is up to your discretion to run website discounts i n your store or not.

The structure for discounts is mentioned in your contract. Please refer to it for more
detail.

11. Will I place an order in my Store for a Customer?

The order processing for furniture items will take place from the Bent Chair
panel followed by shipping to the customer taking place from the Bent Chair
warehouse.
For Home Decor products, you will have to deliver the customer from your stock.

Decor & upto 17% on Dining

14. Who will pay for the operating costs of the outlet?
All operating costs like salaries of outlet staff, electricity, water and rent will be paid
by the Franchisee.
