AFFIDAVIT
I, CHRISTIAN GEORGE LLANES MELITANTE, a member of
the Philippine Bar, Filipino, of legal age, with postal address c/o Saulog
and De Leon Law Offices at Unit 1704 & 1705, 88 Corporate Center,
Valero St. cor. Sedeño St., Salcedo Village, Makati City, Philippines,
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and
state:That--
 

1. I am not related in any way either by affinity or

consanguinity to the Branch Clerk of Court of the Regional Trial Court
of Makati City, Branch 61;

2. Neither the Bank of the Philippine Islands and/or its

authorized representative is related in any way either by affinity or
consanguinity to the Branch Clerk of Court of the Regional Trial Court
of Makati City, Branch 61;

3. As such, I am executing this Affidavit to certify or attest

to the truth of the foregoing facts for whatever legal purpose that this
Affidavit may serve.
