1. DEFINITIONS AND ABBREVIATIONS
CONTRACTOR: The company will supply the material and will perform the assembly process.
CONTROL UNIT: Electric Push Buttons Control and Feeding Unit (capable of working in Master / Slave modes).
REMOTE CONTROL BOX: Remote Control Box that allows remote control of Brightness and Flash Controls of Control
Units.
SYNCHRONIZED BRIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT: It is the same value of the Light Intensity of the Road Buttons with
Electric LED (Brightness Settings).
SYNCHRONIZED FLASH: Electric LED Road Buttons have the same Setting / Phase Flash (flashing) in the whole system.
PARTIAL (REGIONAL) FLASH: Electrical LED Road Buttons, each group connected to the control system of the system
is Flash. Each group connected to the control units makes Flash in itself.
OPERATING IN THE BATTERY MODE: It is the operation of the Electric LED Road Buttons in each group connected to
the control units in Running Mode. Each of the Electrical LED Road Button groups connected to the control units,
either internally or in reverse, will be switched on or off in the Flow Mode.
ASTRONOMIC TIMER: It is the timer that operates according to the time of sun and the sun. With the addition of Plus
or Minus Offset to the sunrise and sunset of the day, Turn Off and Turn On the Electrical LED Road Button group
connected to the Control Unit respectively at the calculated times. (Used in kullanılır Master ”Mode).
DAY / NIGHT DIMMER: As an alternative to the operation mode of the Astronomical Timer On / Off, alternatif
Dimmer D
3.1.1. They are the electric buttons that guide the road users in the roads where the traffic safety is at a critical level
or inside the tunnels.
3.1.2. Electrical pushbuttons are on the roads that are actually open to traffic; They will be manufactured in
accordance with international standards produced with superior LED technology, working with electrical energy,
giving warning effects in different combinations.
3.1.3. In the intersection approach, traffic border buttons with red LED in traffic direction, white color in traffic
direction in opposite directions and blue (blue) traffic border buttons will be placed on the return islands.
3.1.4. Buttons shall be mounted on the border of the highway border or on the tallop at 12 m intervals in junction
arms at junction approach.
3.1.5. The connection cables of 2x1 mm at least 1 meter on the button will reach the service channel through the
cylinder channel which will be formed by drilling the border with the drill and will be connected with the main linye
line.
3.1.6. The contacts with the main supply cable (additional points) shall be made with the additional material to be
deemed appropriate by the Administration. The buttons will shine at the same light intensity.
3.1.8. Installation of the buttons on the floor will be by screw and dowel and will be supplied with the button.
- Measurements and structure compatible with the bottom surface of the button
-Height 10 ± 1mm
-The cable cable to the right and left of the cable cable will be provided by the two; The lower mounting part shall be
provided.
3.2.2. Main body material of electric buttons shall be conformed to UL 94 V0 standards, low flammability shall be
ASA plastic and UL 94 VO non-flammability certificate shall be delivered to the administration after signing the
contract.
3.2.3. The transparent part where the LED lights come out must be made of 100% polycarbonate material and the
two parts must be water and dust-proof either during injection or later bonding.
3.2.6. The road button will contain 12 LEDs in each direction. The LEDs shall be placed and protected from
unbreakable, scratch-resistant, solar-resistant, non-hardening and fading, light-permeable screen grille made of PC
material.
3.2.7. The average light intensity is 100 cd for white LEDs and 35 cd for red LEDs. There should be.
3.2.12. LEDs will be arranged on PCB. It should have a bipolar structure to avoid problems with incorrect
connections.
3.2.14. Power Consumption: white / red for 12 LEDs in double direction: 0.9 W (37mA)
3.2.15. The white LEDs should have a light temperature between 5.600 - 8.900 K.
3.2.16. The wavelength of the red LEDs should be between 618 and 630 nm and the color difference should not be
seen from the opposite side.
3.2.19. It will be a 1 meter long 2 x 1 mm² flame retardant, low flammability, oil resistant, flexible, without sheath,
single core and multi-stranded, with copper conductor, twisted cable (eg H07Z-K or similar). The main line will be
connected to this line.
3.2.20. The connection to the main line will be T-connection (parallel connection). The connection point will be
properly insulated and water intake will be blocked from here.
3.2.21. The switches must have an electrical structure that can be controlled by the pulse width modulation signal to
be transmitted via the supply cable. In this way, the illumination intensities of the LED buttons should be adjusted
synchronously and made flash.
3.2.22. The buttons comply with the TS EN 5093 Standard (electromagnetic compatibility).
