THOUGHTS and FEELINGS

WHY ME
The legendary Wimbledon player Arthur Ashe when was dying of CANCER…
From world over, he received letters from his fans……
One of which conveyed:
"Why does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease"?
To this Arthur Ashe replied …
“ In this world over
5 crore children start playing tennis,
50 lakhs learn to play tennis,
5 lakhs learn professional tennis, 50,000 come to the circuit,
5000 reach the grand slam,
50 reach Wimbledon,
4 to semi final,
2 to the finals
And today in pain I should not be asking GOD "Why me?" Arthur Ashe

Health Tips

 Find time for yourself alone everyday even if it‟s just 10-15
minutes. Spend it in constructive ways such as enjoying the
nature.
 Relaxation exercises and prayer can improve your state of
mind and outlook of life.
 Laugh to cope with stress, research shows that it can boost
your immune system, ease pain, relax your body and re-
duce stress.

 Less sleep causes morning headaches and daytime fatigue leading to poor concentration and
performance. Eight hours sleep is necessary.
 Drinking adequate water is still one of the healthiest things one should not miss.
 Blink your eyes as often as possible. It helps keep your eyes lubricated
and helps relieve tension. -Ms. Sumitra Tripathy
