Warm Up: Milan's warm up process was a slilghtly moderate, with lot's of resting periods.

AC Milan Warm Up 1

Milan begins the Warm Up 36 minutes before the kick off. Players perform individual athletic
movements at low intensity. 3-4 Minutes.

AC Milan Warm Up 2
Determined streching process is performed. Static and dynamic streching movements for the
main muscles. Coach leads the process.

AC Milan Warm Up 3
Players perform easy passes on the ground in pairs.

AC Milan Warm Up 4
After a few minutes passing players perform an about 30 meters intensive run. They walk
back to the corner to have an active resting period. Repetition: 6

AC Milan Warm Up 5
Players pass to each other in pairs. They perform areal long balls. Movements are moderate.

AC Milan Warm Up 6
Players perform zig-zag run at 100% intensity. They turn 4 times. After this drill they go to
the dressing room.
