INFORMATION

The Prosecution, through the undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor,

charges PADILLA ROBIN y CARPIO with the crime of Illegal Possession
of Firearms and Ammunitions (under, Presidential Decree No.1866, as
amended by Republic Act No. 10591), committed as follows:

On or about December 1, 2020, in Batangas City, and within

the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the accused, being then a
private person, without any lawful authority, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously have in [his] possession and
under [his] custody and control one (1) caliber .45 unit of M92 with
serial number 122796111 with markings "RCP", a small arm, loaded
with five (5) pieces live ammunitions of caliber .45 with markings
"1RN, 2RN, 3RN, 4RN, and 5RN" and one (1) caliber 5.56 unit of M-
16 Baby Armalite rifle with serial number 072996999 with ten (10)
pieces live ammunition of caliber 5.56 with markings "1RN, 2RN,
3RN, 4RN, 5RN, 6RN, 7RN, 8RN, 9RN, and 10RN", without first
securing the necessary license or permit from the Firearms and

Explosives Office of the Philippine National Police, in violation of the

above-entitled law.

charges MANOLO IGNACIO y DUPAY with the crime of Rape
(under Art. 266-A par. 1 (a) in relation to Art. 266-B, of the Revised
Penal Code, as amended by R.A. 8353), committed as follows:

On or about January 20, 2020, at Jade Ln, Barangay 1,

Poblacion, Batangas City, Batangas, Philippines, and within
the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above- named
accused, a Barangay Tanod, who took advantage of his
position to facilitate the commission of the crime, by means
of force, threat or intimidation and with a use of gun did
then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously have
carnal knowledge of the complainant AAA (DOB: May 25,
2003) a minor, 17 years of age, by inserting his penis into
her vagina, thus accused succeeded in having carnal
knowledge with her, against her will and consent, to the
damage and prejudice of the said victim.
