1. Viewing/inspection is by appointment basis only. Prospective bidders must call the contact persons to schedule their visit.
2. Prospective bidders must provide the following:
a. Name of person/s who will go to the warehouse (including companions and/or representatives)
b. Date and time of viewing/inspection
3. At least 1 valid government-issued ID must be presented by the bidders including companions to the warehouse guard prior to entering the premises.
4. Prospective bidders will only be allowed to view/inspect units on the schedule provided. For requests to change schedule, please call the TFS contact persons.
B. BIDDING
5. All bids to be submitted must use the OFFICIAL BID FORM FORMAT ONLY. Mode of submission of bids can be as follows:
a. Sealed envelope: Bid form should be placed in a sealed envelope and signed by the bidder on the envelope flaps.
b. Scanned and sent via TFSPH official email address (ropa@toyotafinancial.ph) - applicable for regular bidders with bid bond deposit only.
6. Bidder's email address and/or cellphone number are necessary information and must be indicated in the Bid Form.
Cellphone and/or telephone numbers provided should be where bidder/s can be readily contacted.
7. All sealed bids should be submitted in a designated drop box found at the TFSPH Head Office (32F GT Tower Int'l. Ayala Ave., cor. HV Dela Costa St., Salcedo Village, Makati City).
8. Bid forms should be filled-out completely and legibly. Illegible and incomplete forms will be disqualified. All erasures and corrections made must be countersigned.
9. The deadline for submission of bids is on AUGSUT 14, 2020 at 12:00 noon.
10. A five thousand pesos (P5,000.00) bid deposit is required. Bid deposit is required to be submitted in personal check, payable to TFSPH and submitted together with the bid form.
11. Winning buyers shall be notified of the results one (1) day after the date of auction. For first time buyers, a face to face interview and filling-out of Bidder Information Sheet
will be conducted by TFSPH representative as required by BSP.

Invites all interested bidders to submit sealed offers for the vehicles listed below.
which are either the subjects of PENDING CASES in Pasay City Hall of Justice, or WITH existing DOCUMENTARY
PROBLEMS not necessarily limited to the issues herein stated, or BOTH.
Deadline for submission of offers is on AUGUST 14, 2020 at 12:00 noon.

12. The winning buyer will be given 3 working days to settle the full amount of the awarded unit.
Failure to present payment for the awarded unit within 3 working days will forfeit the bid deposit and unit in favor of TFSPH.
13. For winning bidders with MULTIPLE AVAILMENTS (more than 1 unit), preferred mode of payment should be ADA (Automatic Debit Arrangement)
with partner banks (Metrobank, BDO and BPI).
14. Upon receipt of vehicle pass, the winning buyer must claim the unit/s within the allowed window period.
Beyond this period, P2,000.00/day storage fee will be charged. Please refer to table below.

TFSPH reserves the right to deduct the storage fee from the deposit made by the bidder. TFSPH likewise shall have the right to deduct from the said deposit
the expenses which it will incur in case the motor vehicle has to be sold again in a public auction.
15. Check deposits of non-winning buyers shall be returned after the date of notification of results. Checks can be claimed at the TFSPH Head Office.
16. TFSPH reserves the right to cancel the bid and the award made pursuant to the said bid.
17. BIDDER hereby acknowledges that they were given ample time to inspect the vehicles and were duly informed of the documentary and registration issues affecting the units
which are not necessarily limited to the issues stated herein. Bidder also acknowledges that ALL unit are sold on as-is, where-is basis.
18. ALL the expenses necessary for the regularization of the documents and registration of the vehicle shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder being it understood that the bidder
has been informed of the existence of documentary and registration issues which are not necessarily limited to the issues herein stated.
19. BIDDERS further acknowledge that they were duly informed that the vehicles herein described are the subjects of contested cases
pending in Pasay City Hall of Justice. By virtue of this, it is understood that TFSPH cannot be held liable for whatever issue arising from
Invitation to Bid and the sale of the vehicles pursuant hereto.

Please observe proper attire while visiting TFS Warehouse. Wearing shorts, sandos and slippers are not allowed inside the Warehouse.
