married and all residents of Tual, Kiamba , Sarangani Province, under oath, do
hereby depose and say:

1. That by virtue of a Deed of Donation Inter Vivos, executed between us and

REYNALDO MANACAP RAFAEL, we have donated a parcel of land to the latter, described

2. As the Donors of the above-decribed parcel of land, we further testify that each of
our total landholdings do not exceed five (5) hectares of land.

3. That the purpose of this affidavit is to assist in the smooth transfer of title of said
property to the Donee.

4. That we execute this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts for all
intents and purpose and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
