Greetings!

AlviolaVillage Central Elementary School will be holding its annual BRIGADA

ESKWELA 2020 or the National Schools Maintenance Week on June-Aug., 2020 that aims to
bring together all education stakeholders to participate and contribute their time, effort, and
resources to prepare public school facilities for the opening of the school year in Aug.24, 2020. It
is a week –long activity to ensure that our school is set in time for the forth coming school
opening.

For this year, the BRIGADA ESKWELA effort will focus on the Theme: “Pagpapanatili ng
BayanihanTungosaKalidadnaEdukasyon para saKabataan”,DepEd Memo No. 032,s 2020.

In this connection, although the activity is voluntary in nature nevertheless, we humbly request
your presence or any representative to help us prepare the school grounds and other facilities by
sharing your time and effort. Among the activities during the program are:
*Cleaning the school grounds * Pruning/trimming of trees around the school
*Painting of school Walls and Flower boxes
*Sorting papers and Garbage *Fixing water pipes and Electrical connections
* Repair of building structures *Varnishing of Pupils/teachers Table and Chairs

More so, if your budget permits we would also like to ask for any donation for the materials
listed belowthat you can give in support of this project since we will be doing minor to medium
repairs and maintenance work in school:
* Paints /Brush * School Supplies *Cement
* Reading Material *Steel bars *Emergency & First aid kits
* Plywood *Cleaning materials *Nails
* Ornamental Plants *Emergency & first aid kits * Sticks and lumber
*Cleaning materials

request your assistance in this period of COVID pandemic. We may not be conducting face to
face classes, but we have to prepare our school for the opening of the new normal Learning
Modality.

GREETINGS!

In line with the Department of Education Program for Brigada Eskwela, 2020 preparing our
school for the opening of classes on August 24,2020, We the stakeholders of Alviola Village Central Elementary
School would like to ask assistance with you facilities to conduct trimmings /pruning s of trees in front of the
school premises. Electrical wirings are visible lying on the branches of mango tree, along concrete perimeter fence.

We don’t have enough resources to hire workers to do such trimmings/pruning.

In this connection, we are looking forward to your positive response of our request for the benefit
and safety of the stakeholders of Alviola Village Central Elementary School.
