Introduction

Religious discrimination is treating a person or a group differently because of their particular

beliefs which they hold about in their religion. These are incidents when different religions and
non-religious groups are treated unequally due to their beliefs in the community at their work
places or by the law. In some countries religious discrimination is related to religious
persecution because there are instances when people of different belief are executed as
punishment as their beliefs will be said to be heretical.
