RE: Demand to Repair and Pay

Dear Ms. Visitacion,

We write in behalf of our client Mr. Franklin S. Hernandez.

Our Client is the owner of Unit 6N Tower 1 San Lorenzo Place. We have been
informed by our client about the Water Leakage happened in his unit on January 4,
2021. The water leak coming from the upper floor to his Unit caused flood and
damages to his appliances and furniture. It deprived our client the opportunity to use
and utilize his property from the possible tenant that supposed to occupy the unit on
January 4, 2021. As a consequence he cannot lease the property because of the
leakage caused by your negligence and imprudence. It deprived our client from the
possible income of Thirty Thousand Pesos (30,000) a month.

In view of the foregoing demand is hereby given to you to permanently Repair


the damage in the said unit and to pay the amount of Thirty Thousand Pesos
(30,000) within five days (5) from receipt of this letter. Otherwise we have no
recourse but to file the appropriate cases against you.

We hope that you will treat this letter with your most preferential attention.
