Technical Specifications

1. The system should be quoted with different sizes of hand pieces.

2. Surgical aspirator should be based on piezoelectric or magneto- restriction
technology.
3. The hand pieces should be autoclavable. Tips should be reusable (Non- Disposable)
4. It should have safety features like optical and sound signal for failed hand pieces and
signal for failed unit.
5. It should have adjustable suction with vacuum pressure of-20 to -60 Kpa. in
continuous low noise.
6. It should have 1.5 -2.5 liter capacity container of unbreakable material with anti-
overflow system.
7. Compatible Hand piece should be light, autoclavable & of 35-36 KHz
8. The hand pieces or tips (if removable) should be available in the following sizes:-
a. Standard Size (Adult) - Angled & Straight
b. Micro tipped (Pediatric) - Angled & Straight hand piece.
c. Endoscopic for endonasal transphenoidal procedures
d. Endoscopic for insertion through 6mm working channel of neuroendoscope.

9. The irrigation pump should be inbuilt in the unit, the irrigation capacity should be 0-

The unit shall be capable of operating in ambient temperature of 20-30 deg C and relative
humidity of less than 70%.

Comprehensive training for lab staff and support services till familiarity with the system.

WARRANTY and CMC:

a. Warranty: 5 years for all items and accessories from the date of Installation.
