Instructions to Fill the Application Form :

1. Candidate shall read the Information Brochure carefully.

2. Candidates will have to fill up the Candidature Type Details, Home University Details
Category Details, Physically Handicapped Type Details, Challan Details, Personal Details,
Qualification Details and Option for CET Center.
3. Candidate is required to paste the recent Photo and put Signature on the space provided on
the sheet. This sheet is provided in the kit. The sheet is to be scanned and uploaded on the
website as per given guidelines.
4. Candidate has to verify the correctness of the information filled. In case of any correction,
the candidate can do it online before confirmation.
5. Candidate has to confirm the Registration as per guidelines given in Kit.
6. Candidate will not be able to change the information after the confirmation of registration.
7. The Online system shall generate the Hall Ticket for CET bearing Name of candidate, the
Photo and Signature of the Candidate, CET Center & Venue and such other details.
8. All India candidates who wish to apply for admission through CAP only on the basis of
score of CAT against All India seats will have to compulsorily register for CET. However
the Hall Ticket for CET shall not be issued to such candidates. Such candidates can take a
printout of the submitted Application Form for future reference.
Instructions :

You are required to submit the Domicile Certificate clearly indicating the place of 'Permanent
Residence' or 'Birth' of Candidate issued by SDO / Dy. Collector of District at the time of
verification at ARC.

You are required to submit the Statement of Marks of Graduation Passed or 2nd / 3rd yr. Marksheet
if Appeared at the time of verification at ARC.

Instructions :
You are required to submit the Caste Certificate clearly mentioning the category of the candidate
and also the remarks that the caste is recognised as backward class in the State of Maharashtra at
the time of verification at ARC.

You are required to submit the Caste Validity Certificate in the name of the Candidate, issued by
the caste validity committee of Maharashtra State at the time of verification at ARC.
You are required to submit Non-Creamy Layer Certifiacte issued by Sub Divisional officer or
Deputy Collector of the district in addition to the caste certificate valid upto 31/03/2012 at the time
of verification at ARC.
Note :
1. Candidate appearing for supplementary examination and whose result is awaited should
click on appearing.
2. Candidates passed Graduation/ Post Graduation examination will have to submit their
marksheet at the time of verification at ARC and must satisfy the eligibility criteria
otherwise s/he will be considered as NOT eligible for admission to MBA/MMS programme.
3. Candidates belonging to RESERVED Category is required 45% marks in Graduation and
others required 50% Marks in Graduation.

1. Recent colour photo of candidate taken within last three months.

2. Photograph must be 3.5 cm in width by 4.5 cm in height without border.
3. Photograph has to be taken full face without headgear (unless the applicant habitually wears
 a head gear in accordance with his/her racial/religious custom but the headgear should not
hide the applicants features).
4. The facial image must be between 2.5 cm and 3.5 cm from chin to crown taken against a
plain white background. The photograph finishing should be MATT.
5. Paste the Photograph in the space provided in Application Kit.
6. Sign within the space provided.
7. Scan Photo with Signature using a good quality scanner with min. 100dpi so that the file size
should not be more than 50KB.
8. Save the image in .jpg format on local machine.
9. Ensure that the scanned photo with signature are of good quality.
