Re: Character Reference for Dean Paragas

It has been four years I have known Dean, as both a classmate and a close friend. I was
first introduced to Dean through a mutual friend, where we were all in a Badminton Team. As
for a teammate he is one of a kind, he makes everyone feel happy and energized when he’s
around. While our friendship grows Dean has proven to be an amazing friend, who demonstrates
loyalty, trustworthiness, and determination. He has many traits in which he possesses, thus
making Dean an easy and obvious choice for any employment opportunity.

Among his traits Dean is one of the most disciplined and dependable person I’ve ever
known. He is always willing to go above and beyond what is expected of him. He is respectful of
his superiors and gets along well with others easily. I recall several occasions when Dean would
stay up late to complete assignments and projects that had a deadline. During this time he
showed a great amount of effort and dedication towards his work(s).

I would also like to add that, Dean is a compassionate human being with praiseworthy
perseverance and ambition. I believe that he is a deserving candidate for any employment
opportunities that come through his path and would prove to be a valuable asset for any
organization. With great confidence, I would highly recommend Dean for any employment
opportunity as he is a well-driven, hard working person.
