Meditation was considered all over decades, the best tool to connect with your internal world. It
is an amazing way to build a link between your external environment and you inner one.

Economists usually tell us to invest and especially during crisis time, any type of crisis…
But let’s think together which types of investments will work the most?
What will lasts with you the most?
No one wants to invest and lose this investment in a later stage.
No one wants to waste the time investing in something that will be lost after maybe one year.
That’s why you have to be wise enough to make the right investment that will bring you the best
return; it’s your Spirit!!!

I want to tell you about one of the methods that I usually practice every single day to connect with
my spirit and go deeper in this inner space, it’s the Meditation.

N.B.: You can start with only five minutes every day than gradually move up to around 30 minutes,
than to one hour.

Keep consistency with respect to time, place and duration, this is your date with your spirit…
don’t miss it!!!

Practicing Meditation:
There is different ways to meditate and different schools that teach meditation,

But I want to give you a simple effective one and must work for almost everybody.
1. Choose a calm place (keep it the same every day)
2. Define a preset time on your schedule (stick to this scheduled time, remember that this is
your date)
3. Adjust your posture (you can sit on a chair or on the floor)
4. Close your eyes (try to visualize your inner world)
5. Watch your breath (by inhaling and exhaling in a constant manner)
6. Look inside yourself straight to your heart (after moving gradually from your extremities
head, hands and legs inside to the center)
7. Find the great power residing inside you (the power of your creator)
8. Establish a discussion about the reason of your existence here and at this time
9. Calm down and just be present in this powerful moment

Enjoy your meditation moment and make it a ritual… you will definitely see the progress after
being consistent.
Try to write down the great ideas that will reside in your heart and mind after each session, you
might discover amazing things related to your “WHY” and the purpose of your life.
Meditating starts by being an exercise after a while it will become absolutely your whole life.
