About Grow Management Consultant

Grow Management Consultant is a premier consultancy house, established in the year 2010. We are
specialized in providing services to companies on leadership. We offer our services to the senior managers,
staff to improve leadership performance. We bring and blend the best leadership practices and support to
prepare the next century's business leaders

About King Edward VII College

Grow Management Consultant has appointed King Edward II college as its partner. King Edward II college
will spare its space, integrate courses, and impart training to its students. In this partnership, both
organizations will share their resources for mutual benefit of each other.

About the Partnership Program

In this partnership, both the organization will work toward to set up “ a collaborative relationship between
GMC and King Edward II through a mutually agreed sharing of skills, resources and programs”. Through
there is no standard definition of partnership, but it will offer practical solutions to the program. In this
partnership, learning mechanisms will be settled down to achieve the results. To implement the partnership,
both the organization will do the PEST Analysis. A diagnosis of these factors should provide insights into the
new partnership development .

Policies and Procedures


Identify and describe the relevance of any of the organisations’ policies and procedures.
Outline policies and procedures that could be developed to support such partnerships.

Partnership processes
Explain at least four processes or techniques that should be undertaken to support positive acceptance of the
partnership and contribute to a culture that embraces collaboration.

To embrace collaboration, the organization will follow good practices in the Partnership development
process. This will guide the members regarding the operating procedures and “ How each members will
contribute operate and support in this partnership process.

There are many factors that are required for success


 Flexibility Balancing the required results and flexibility within the system for maximum
productivity. This step will help to create a stable foundation for all the internal and external
members to meet the demand from the project.

 Open Discussion Forums : The Partners will embrace open discussion forums to encourage
employees, how we can achieve more results through this collaboration. The seniors should listen to
the people, their thought, direction regarding this project.
 Supportive Supervision: In the technological advancement and delivery method, there will be a
component of supportive supervision, which is non threating in nature. This will foster collaboration
and give a chance to the people to develop within their circle.
 Reflective session: Identify any principal barriers to the partnership and Acknowledge and
recognize the extent of dependency upon individuals to achieve goals and identify barriers to the
partnership.

Performance standards
Describe the performance standards that will be expected of the partnership between the two organisations.

Both the partners sought to agree how they are to measure their success and how they are to incorporate the
measurements into the best value requirements for continuous improvement. This measurement process must
include arrangements for monitoring and reviewing how effectively the partnership itself is working.
Performance Standards
 All designs should be directed toward development of modules that will support the leadership
development.
 All financial operations, performance indicators and results support the strategic policies
 Identify new and expand existing sources of revenue
 Achieve profits of at least 10% per annum.
 Increase range of e-books, online training and other modules for training on the leadership
 Design effective graduate development programs (including mentoring arrangements)
 Design accelerated skills development

Reporting systems
Explain how the partnership outcomes should be measured and reported

Reporting in the partnership plays an important role. The Partners will encourage different kind of
reporting in the partnership forums. These technologies will offer them a space for collaboration.

Online Reporting System : Every one will be connected with Online Reporting system and follow the
protocol of reporting

Online chatting and internet forums: For day to day informal communication, staff may us instant messaging
(IM) or as formal as password-protected chatrooms.

Virtual workspaces: For archiving data, the organization will set up virtual workspaces to collaborate
online and may create a a website together to announce events, keep a shared calendar, and host shared
resources

Feedback
Explain how the partnership’s influence on the health of both organisations’ working environments will be
evaluated.
 Feedback system is an integral part of the program. To evaluate program, both organization will
create a feedback mechanism to gather reports.

o Informal Feedback: Informal feedback will be shared among working groups for immediate
corrections of the program.

o Formal Feedback: After completion of any assignment, the resources, program design,
finance, operational plan, implementation plan will be share to the management for their
feedback. The Senior management will share their feedback within 15 days and the team
will incorporate the feedback in the final products.

o Structured Reflective session : Structured reflective sessions will be organized on a regular


interval to evaluate the program effectiveness.

Action Plan
Allocate work activities fairly, with clear, quantifiable performance standards for each.
Each activity should be cost effective.
