In reference with your application for the vacant position at the Technical Education
and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Region VII, please be informed that a
virtual Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) will be conducted on December 16, 2020 at
2:00 PM onwards.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about
joining the meeting.

Please made yourself available on the scheduled date and time. Please be reminded
further to be in corporate attire.

To better facilitate the conduct of interview and for easier identification, please follow
the following:
1. Naming Protocol: Last Name, First Name (will appear in your screen)
2. Join early.
3. Familiarize with Zoom features such as mute/unmute microphone,
stop/start, video, raise hand, etc.
4. Have your video on unless otherwise told not to do so
5. Find quiet space without interruptions/background noise
6. Have a good lighting on your face so you can seen clearly
7. Adjust camera to be around eye level if possible.
8. Mute your microphone when not talking
9. Avoid talking over at the same time
10. Avoid doing other tasks.

Failure to attend said interview on said date and time will mean non-interest to
pursue your application.
