License Agreement for DNT Software Programs

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. LECTROSONICS, INC. WILL LICENSE THIS PROGRAM
TO YOU ONLY IF YOU FIRST ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. BY USING THE PROGRAM
YOU AGREE TO ITS TERMS.

The Program is owned by Lectrosonics, Inc. and is copyrighted and licensed, not
sold. The term "Program" means the DNT Series Control Panel executables, their
components and related files.

1. License:

Lectrosonics, Inc. grants you a nonexclusive license to use the Program.

You may make copies as needed for backup purposes.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Program except as provided in this
agreement. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the Program.

You may transfer your rights under this license to another provided that they in
turn agree to the terms of this license. The transfer of your rights terminates
your authorization to use the Program.

2. Copyright:

All copyrights to the Program are owned by Lectrosonics, Inc. and are protected by
copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty:

The Program is provided AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS. Because of the various hardware
and software environments into which this Program may be put, Lectrosonics, Inc.
hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of usability, correctness,
quality or fitness for any particular purpose. You are entirely responsible for the
installation, use, and results of the Program.

4. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Lectrosonics,

Inc. be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever
arising out of or in any way related to the use or inability to use the Program,
even if Lectrosonics, Inc. has been advised of the possiblity of such damages. This
includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business
interruption, personal injury, loss of information, negligence, or any other
pecuniary loss.

Some jurisdictions prohibit exclusion or limitation of liability for implied

warranties or consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not
apply to you. You may also have other legal rights that vary from jurisdiction to
jurisdiction.
