Training evaluation
1. Evaluation
An evaluation is an orderly assurance of legitimacy, worth, and importance of a person or
thing utilizing standards against a bunch of benchmark principles.
OR
An evaluation is the systematic and objective assessment of an ongoing or completed
project, program or policy, its design, implementation and results. The aim is to
determine the relevance and fulfillment of objectives, development efficiency,
effectiveness, impact and sustainability.[1]

2. Training Evaluation
Preparing is a coordinated way to deal with decidedly affecting people's information,
abilities, and perspectives to improve individual, group, and hierarchical viability.
Preparing gives associations admittance to assets that will permit them to contend
effectively in an evolving climate, and to get ready for and achieve set objectives.

the four sequential steps:
(i) Reaction; (ii) Learning;
(iii) Behavior; and (iv) Results.
▪ Reaction
Assessment on this level estimates how members respond to the preparation program. It is
essential to get a positive response. Despite the fact that a positive response may not guarantee
learning, if members don't respond well, they likely won't be roused to learn. "Assessing
