We, graduating Criminology students of St. Therese College Foundation are conducting study on
the “ Level of Implementation and Effectiveness of Anti-Rabies Law in San Carlos City,
Pangasinan (C.Y. 2018-2019)”, as a requirement in our subject, CRIMINOLOGICAL
RESEARCH AND STATISTICS.
