    To activate a learner's DepEd email account, open Google.com and click "Add another account" then "Use another account". Copy the email address from a spreadsheet, paste it into the sign-in page and click next. Do the same for the password column of the spreadsheet. Click accept, update, and add a phone number for account recovery. Once a recovery email is added, the learner's DepEd email will be successfully activated.
