1. Abstract
Social media has become ubiquitous and almost inescapable, revolutionizing the way students
communicate, interact, and socialize. The evolution of the media and the Internet in education
today is an unquestionable reality. Social media sites are those tools which have been created, to
enable easier and more policy communication within these networks social media sites are those
tools which have been created, to enable easier and more policy communication within these
networks we are going to make the application of LGU social network then all person to aware
all the activities in the university. For a better lifestyle of university students, there should also
be an app that improves the daily routines of students, improves how they check the timetable of
teachers, students, and classrooms giving power of sharing posts and problems online so other
people can participate to help.

2. Introduction
Human beings are communicative by nature. From the time we become aware of our own
existence we wish to communicate, to interact with our fellow humans, as we are social beings
who seek contact, connection, and closeness. This search for communicative relationships also
implies a desire to be informed. The need for knowledge as well as an awareness of what occurs
both in our immediate surroundings and in the world is an inherent quality of humanity that has
become increasingly prevalent as information and communication become more globalized [1].
LGU Social Network provides the students of the university to form a social networking platform
among themselves, enabling them to connect with their seniors and juniors for sharing
information and resources. It provides useful features to follow the students like post what they
like and asks for some queries on which like and comment feature is available.

3. Problem Definition
The purpose of this project is to make the ultimate social media app for LGU which has various
features like users can check the timetable of their class, teacher’s class, and which class will be
in the classroom at a certain time. Another feature this project will have is there will be a proper
blogging system so users can share post comments on them and review them. It checks the
teacher in the classroom from any department in the whole university and he also checks which
class is studying in the classroom at a certain time. This application is suitable for the student,
teachers/faculty, alumni, and visitor. All the members check their data easily with your mail that
will provide the university. The main purpose of this application to check the timetable
automatically from any department, any day, and the current session. Every student does not
check the everyday notice board but this application updates every information day by day.
Every person right to share their own review notes sharing any holder of this application to
connect and communicate with every student and every teacher. Barcode scan to install this

4. Related work
The complex and error prone task. A lot of complex constraints need to be addressed for
development of an efficient algorithm to solve this problem. There are still serious problems like
the generation of high-cost time table. Therefore there is a great requirement for an application
distributing the course evenly and without collisions. Our aim here is to develop a simple, easily
understandable, efficient and portable application, which could automatically generate good
quality time tables within seconds. In this paper, we have described the different techniques that
have been developed for the timetable generation problem of timetable scheduling is described as
a highly constrained NP-hard problem. [2]

It is known as the timetabling problem by most researchers. Planning timetable is one of the
most in the market, no application is made by the online daily time table to show. this application
is very easy to use see the time table every student and every teacher check own time table just
one click to open the application. Loom’s university built the application for university which
online time table options are not, it’s a simple application. I built an advanced application for our
university.

5. Project scope

Timetable Generation System generates timetable for each class and teacher, in keeping with the
availability calendar of teachers, availability, and capacity of physical resources such as
classrooms and rules applicable at different classes, semesters, teachers and subject’s level. Best
of all, this Timetable Generation System tremendously improves resource utilization and
optimization. [3]
The objective of the project is to create an application timetable management system to be used
by any university but basically it is created according to the needs of the Global Institute of
Technology. Its main is to perform the basic requirements of the college and to maintain the
databases of subjects, branches, semesters more efficiently. As it is mobile application system,
the maintenance and working are somehow difficult from the manual mode of approach. Till
now, the time table making process is manual work. So because of this, the teacher has some
difficulty to work on this. They have to first login through their email id and then they have to
fill in all the details then time table will be generated. But we have tried hard to make this system
very user friendly and easy to understand.
