HOW IT WORKS

RoadPacker Products, are manufactured in Canada to the highest quality and ecological standards, using the RPG proprietary
chemical formulae developed 30 years ago which modify irreversibly the molecular structures of the various types of clay, increase
the inherent properties of the clayee soils to increase in density and to increase the adhesion between the soil particles. This then
increasing the bearing capacity of the soils to support high loads without deforming and reducing the loss of surface materials due to
erosion caused by the elements. The benefits of this process are significant and do not affect the ecological environment.

RoadPacker Group has a deep knowledge and understanding of the fundamental principles of chemical soil stabilisation: ie. the use
of chemical formulae that detonate physical reactions triggering the ionisation of insitu materials, thus causing permanent change to
the molecular structures of the soil. The benefits of this process are significant and do not affect the ecological environment.
The reaction caused by our products remain encapsulated on the treated materials, therefore we don’t generate any impact to the
atmosphere or the water tables.

ACTION

The Technology of RoadPacker Group™ is based on the presence of clay in the natural soils as clay particles act as the binding components
in our technology. Even it seems dry to the naked eye, a thin film of water which generates a great absorption capacity, covers the particles
of clay. The RPG stabilising agents unfold the water molecules (H₂0), into two different elements: a Hydroxyl (H0) and a free Hydronium
(H+). The hydroxyl will evaporate and the Hydronium which is a free Hydrogen with a positive electrical charge, will attract all the negative
charges of the rest of the components of the soils, detonating an electromechanical reaction and therefore the energy of hydrogen will
generate the binding force that will keep all the elements adhered together. When the reaction is detonated all the soil particles are
reoriented and the intermolecular spaces are occupied by the fine particles of clay, as there are no voids, the treated soil layer becomes
impermeable, therefore, water will not affect the stability of it. The absence of lose material will reduce the dust emission and the chemical
