ORDER Dv Appeal is partly allowed 2) Kingfisher barge bearing registration No.BDR-IV-01431 which is confiscated shall be returned to appellant on her executing indemnity bond of Rs. 2,25,00,000/- (Rs. two crores and twenty five lacs only). 3) Appellant is directed to furnish bank gurantee of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. five lakhs only) 4) Further appellant is directed to furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rs.
