1. What are your observations about the video clip?
- The dance performance did a good job on the execution
and the timing is really on it.
2. What is/are the possible health significance of the dance
presented?
- They use their muscular strength, endurance, and weight
management.
3. Is the dance viewed as dangerous?
- Yes because you need to have good timing to avoid any
injury if one of them got lost to the beat then the other
dancers will having a hard time executing the rhythm and it
may cause an accident.
4. What do you think are the health risk factors in performing
the dance?
- They might get an injury.

Compare the two pictures below. What do you observe? What is the
difference of the two dancers? What do they have in common? Write your

Picture 1 Picture 2

Picture 1 is an overweight ballet dancer then Picture 2 is a good and ideal weight. Based on
what I see Picture 2 has more flexible than Picture. When it comes to endurance the fat
easily gets tired to dance because she is underweight and might get injured or pain while
Picture 2 got a perfect body to balance and less injury compare to Picture 1.

What I Can Do

MY FOOD DIARY
Being aware of the food we you eat is important to have a great
body and achieve a healthy lifestyle. Record everything you eat and drink
for 1 week. You will do it by following the instructions below:

1. Use one form per day.

2. Indicate the exact time when the food and beverage were taken.
3. Specify if its breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack.

4. Record the place where the food and beverage were taken (car, dining
room, restaurant, fast food chain etc.)

5. Take a picture of your meal and write a brief description.

6. Be creative in designing your diary.
