Agenda:
a. Feedbacking – 4th Monthsary Celebration

FEEDBACKING – 4th Monthsary Celebration

RABB – Virtual Background was not maximized. ZOOM application was that of advantage to the judges
since they get to see the quality output. Non-participation of other members. Suggested OA to “global
top hits” to gain more viewers. Vote app should also be checked since it could be altered and cheating
could be avoided.
PREY – Lack of support system from the members, some were doing their own live broadcast while OA is
on air. Tabulation should be passed to the committee in charge. Information should be relayed to
members through admins.
BLUVOY – Members were nowhere no be found. Their presence isn’t felt during the show. Clarification
on the criteria and scoring system. Suggested to improve the criteria in the next activity. Program flow
should be considered.
ACE – all good
SHAN-SHAN – support from members isn’t felt. Members are active with other events but not that
when we have our own activity. Members should be motivated well for them to be active. For the next
contest, quality of live should be considered.
DADA – Non-participation of other members, communication is very important, though we have
survived the monthsary celebration.
JAYJAY – Tabulation should have an access to the link(scoring). If we need help, we can ask the help of
other admins, reach out. Admins should be sensitive as well to others most especially when we give
feedbacks/comments.
GABO – Lack of support from members.
THOR – Admins – Lack of Leadership, Lack of Support System. Need to do self-evaluation.
JP – More admins but are less active. Somehow admins have shortcomings. Admins if available should
be involved in the process. Let us be professional, our individual actions will have a greater impact to the
group. Let us take criticisms constructively.
LETMELOVEYOU – single point of failure – all should take ownership of the activity, our failure is the
failure of the group. Embrace shortcomings and improve for the better. Admins did well but need to
engage ourselves/commit if we want to be successful. Listen to the ideas of others. Others were
burnout. Lapses should be improved. Admins should step up and bring their “A” game. Schedule of
technical tutorial and setting of expectation/regular feedbacking must be scheduled asap.

SUGGESTIONS:
Big EVENTS should be done quarterly
5th Monthsary should be celebrated but in a simple and less stressful way. Grand Launching of the PZ
Talent Org.
6th Monthsary – group performances
9th Monthsary – Drag Contest

Utilize groupings to extend assistance

Recruitment procedure – HR Team/Pre-Screening will be conducted prior to the actual screening.

kun tanan hay naha sabtan. Mam Delma with mam Brenda please collect and sort each subject
and each notebook.
9. Kuin tapos eun kay mam Brenda- Sir weng ma proceed para I distribute do week 2 modules.
Take note pa pirmahon eun man ng ana acknowledge nana nga nahabatun nana do modules.
10. Pagkatapos hay proceed sa room ni Mam bebot mag hueat for the Interview ni Dr. Estrada and
company.
