Main Purpose – what is the main objective/purpose of the role? (Max 2-3 lines summarizing the
role) Represent Pioneer and execute Paver and Curbstone sales operations within the assigned Area
with the objective of achieving company's sales and revenue generation targets on monthly and
annual basis in the assigned area.

Accountabilities – list in priority order the main accountabilities/deliverables of the role, including
key measures. These should be clearly the responsibilities of the JOB HOLDER.
 Responsible for attainment of company sales goals and profitability within the assigned
district
 Achieve sales objectives get orders and payment generated and contribute sales
information and recommendations
 Ensure execution of action plans and implementation of customer service standards
 Resolve sales related problems and stay updated on competitor activity.
 Provide sales data trends and develop sales projections accordingly
 Ensure the allowed sales support funds are utilized in the best possible manners to
support company objectives
 Must be aware of the square Footage and running feet conversions from metric
system.

Key Skills/Experience Required Qualifications

 Masters degree

Experience
 Experience of 3-5 years in a paver sales.

Main interactions within & outside organization / External & Internal Environmental Factors –
Key job roles both internally and externally that the job-holder interacts with on a daily, weekly,
monthly basis. What is the nature of the interaction? What are the complexities of the

environment in which this position exists?

Internal Interaction
Coordination with business development team for price updates and discounts.
Coordination with SAM Technical Services for sample requirements, delivery, freights, testing and
quantity estimations.
Coordination with SM Pavers plant for estimated delivery time, production capacities and client’s
requirements.
External Interaction
Daily visits to construction sites, institutes and organizations for pavers and curbstones requirement
that may include but not limited to;
Search for infrastructure developments of new towns and societies and petrol pumps where there
is ample requirement of pavers and curbstones.
Pitch our complete product portfolio to major contractors and consultants in order to establish
brand name.
Target major institutes like textiles, flour, steel, civil aviation, transporters etc. for upcoming
projects and extensions.
Make enlistments in major government organizations for PCL paver and curbstone products.
Time to time coordination with transporters for timely deliveries and correspondence with delivery
sites representatives

Job Dimensions – what is the scope of the role – volume, net revenue, budget, geography,
number of customers, number of sites etc for this role?

Volume: For Pavers, 50,000 SFT per month PLUS 25,000 SFT of previous for every new month
For Blocks and Curbstones, 25,000 RFT per month PLUS 15,000 RFT of previous for every new month
