CORE COMPETENCE: A dedicated HR professional with experience in recruiting both IT and non-
IT professionals at Mr. Cooper, one of the largest home loan servicers in USA. Specialized in hiring
and initial screening for various roles such as Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Help Desk,
Financial Analysts ( AR/ AP), Title Search, Title Examiner, IDM, Team lead, junior and mid-level
Process Associates, and professionals in the mortgaged-lending space for Mr. Cooper and Xome
( Chennai and Bangalore). Able to independently manage end-to-end recruitment process such as
sourcing of the candidates, screening them through telephonic and face-to-face discussions,
conducting aptitude and other selection tests, and finally evaluating the candidates as part of HR
interview round. Proficient in managing regular walk-in of candidates and collaborating with third-
party consultancies, in addition to handling some of the official accounts in various job portals. A
Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology from Techno India, one of the top institutes in Kolkata,
