Objective
 To develop learner’s self-confidence
 To build their social life.
Situation
 Young girl from the class was caught the attention of her teacher because she
never interact with her classmates and in class, she is so quiet
Action steps
 Talk to the student about her
 Think a way on how you engage her with other learner
 Encourage her to join her in the activities. For her classmates, encourage them
to talk her often and treat her as one of them.
Potential barriers
 Unwillingness of the girl
 Awkwardness feeling from her classmate
 Shy feeling

 Flashcard, group activities (experiments), games (charades, team games and the
like)

 It will implemented right after the observation so that we will she the change at
