Topic:
Culture of Old Dhaka.

Executive Summary
Old Dhaka is a famous place for many of the people of our country and Old
Dhaka is characterized by versatile culture including many festivals, variety
of cuisine, entertainment industry and sites of interests. It has a rich,
diverse culture which deeply rooted heritage is thoroughly reflected in its
architecture, dance, literature, music, painting and clothing. The people
who lives in Old Dhaka; like to celebrate their cultural festival with their
family, friends or neighbors in a festive way.

Introduction
During the time spent development, moves in significance of sub-ranges
have happened, however the old piece of the city has never truly lost its
significance. Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, has developed from a little
exchanging focus to a city. Notwithstanding the loss of authority and
political support Old Dhaka has constantly changed in accordance with its
new part. It serves imperative financial, social and social capacities not just
for the entirety city however for the hinterland too. Despite its significance,
Old Dhaka evokes pictures of lack of rottenness, crumbling structures,
deficient administrations and blockage of numerous types. As we realize
that Old Dhaka is extremely customary place. That 2is the reason individuals
like that place in particular. Despite the fact that the place was
exceptionally swarmed. Due to their way of life and in addition
transportation. We can see TOM TOM in the city of old Dhaka. It’s a
custom of Old Dhaka. Really this TOM TOM is controlled by the assistance
of two stallions. This why TOM TOM is exceptionally special for any places.
In old Dhaka this TOM TOM is keep running as transportation. Individuals
of the old Dhaka delighted in especially when any occasion come. Uniquely
when the Hindu celebration come. "HOLI" is essentially a Hindu festival.
The individual of old Dhaka celebrates holy
crazily. Like that time, they praise it by utilizing the different hues.
Essentially, they play with the colors. At that time, they likewise drink, doing
bunches of fun. They offer hues to the others confront, hands. Old Dhaka
represents a vibrant environment in the process of dilapidation and decay.
It is neither self-evident that redevelopment programmer should follow
community desires nor that activities of Old Dhaka be completely disrupted
to fit in what architects or urban designers may believe to be the inevitable
future. A balance between the two points of view based on the past and
partly on future prospects would appear to offer a viable policy to be
adopted in the present.

Keeping these insights in mind, move on to discuss the assumption of

complete urbanization by highlighting one conceptual and one
methodological problem implicit in some of the most popular interpretations
of this hypothesis. First, the urbanization hypothesis is often substantiated
by means of statistic that more than half of the world population live in
urban areas. Yet the assumed relationship between the number of human
beings living in urban areas and urbanization is by no means given. Should
not conflate the process of urbanization with one of its manifestations, that
is, the increasing number of people living in urban areas. The half of the
world population’s argument may lend itself to talk about urban growth, but
the latter should be carefully distinguished from urbanization.

Null Hypothesis, the description urban is, both at an administrative and a

conceptual level, a methodologically ambiguous one: politicians,
development experts and demographers fight over3 it, as the declaration of
a certain area as urban often have implications for its eligibility to receive
special fund.
Test the null hypothesis that that the population mean in old Dhaka.

: Against the alternative that the population mean is not equal.

: Perform the test at a significance level of, use the-value approach to

reach conclusion.

Where limitations are numerous and contending requests on back various,
creativity, creative ability and imagination are our lone expectation. Without
essential necessities of life admired dreams without bounds are an
extravagance. We need to grapple with reality. The engineering calling is in
a unique position to spread the message of protection. We can advance
the reason for manageable condition by being monetary in the utilization of
assets and by protection of both regular and man-made components. The
intrigue in protection must be ignited and maintained. Unless this is finished
by neighborhood and national organization, by the general population and
intrigued associations, future eras will just find out about old urban
communities through books and reports. Lost everlastingly will be our
connection with the past, our custom, culture and legacy. Protecting and
