On 01/09/2021, at 1435, officers were dispatched to 9000 Normandy Blvd. (BP Gas Station) in reference to a bomb threat.

The call notes stated a male in large camper van with “Challenger” on it F.S.19.071(2)(C) Prior
to JSOs arrival, the suspect left headed eastbound on Normandy Blvd.

Officers got behind the vehicle going eastbound on Normandy Blvd. approaching Fouraker Rd. There was no license plate
attached to the vehicle. Officers stopped the vehicle eastbound on Normandy Blvd. just west of the intersection of Fouraker Rd.
A felony takedown was performed with Joseph Vincent Dimaggio (suspect) and Antonio Joseph Dimaggio (subject) being
removed from the vehicle.

A perimeter was established around the vehicle with traffic diverted.

Sgt. M.M. Russell (ID #5620), Sgt. E. Dingler (ID #67429) and SIC R. Vercruysse (ID #6177) responded to the scene.

Ofcr. B.A. Moore (ID #79354) responded to the BP Gas Station at 9000 Normandy Blvd. and spoke with Jeffrey B. Valentine and
Patricia L. Valentine (victims 2 & 3). They stated to Ofcr. Moore that Joseph exited the above listed vehicle, looked at Jeffrey and
stated F.S.19.071(2)(C) Jeffrey then called JSO and followed the
vehicle as it left the parking lot.

JSO Canine officers responded to the scene. The JSO Bomb Squad responded to the scene.

Ofcr. M. Mullis (ID #72629) read Joseph his Constitutional Rights via card; which he stated he understood. Post-Miranda, Joseph
F.S.19.071(2)(C)

JSO Intelligence F.S.119.071(4)(C) responded to the scene. F.S.119.071(4)(C) spoke with ASA J. Licandro who agreed to
the listed charge of Threaten to Throw / Project / Place / Discharge a Destructive Device. F.S.119.071(4)(C) additionally agreed to the
arrest being Hate Crime related.

The listed vehicle was search for a bomb with negative results.

The vehicle was seized for forfeiture since it was used in the commission of a felony. An inventory of the vehicle was conducted
by Ofcr. M. Kittle (ID #76098) and Ofcr. M. Gallagher (ID #79996). F.S.19.071(2)(C)

An NCIC search returned that Joseph has an active out of county warrant. I contacted JSO Identificatioin and spoke with ID
#73911 who verified Joseph was adjudicated guilty of Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon on 11/17/2006 (Case #2006-
2006-CF008691).

Ofcr. Moore spoke with Mike Wossen (witness); the on-duty manager for the BP Gas Station at 9000 Normandy. Mike F.S.119.071(3)
where Joseph can be seen at one of the gas pumps at 1425. Mike was unable to provide F.S.119.071(3)

Ofcr. D. Hilaman (ID #67250) completed the NOIR for the vehicle; which was removed by ASAP towing. Ofcr. Hilaman also
completed a JSO Forfeiture form.

Joseph was transported to the PTDF without incident.

Cleared by arrest.
