This is an Interior/Exterior Inspection.

ACCESS: Use lockbox codes if provided. If unable to gain entry, you must try your contractor keys and take photos of you trying each lockbox, each door and each key to pr
back at cost.

IMPORTANT: Any Postings or notices found on property must be photographed. One photo taken close enough to read the notice, and one back far enough to see it posted t
completely from floor-to-ceiling, both inside the home and external structures such as garages, sheds, etc.
