    Sir:

    Greetings of Peace!

    With a heavy heart, the undersigned respectfully informs your good office that MRS. LORENNIE
    RUIZ-SALON, Kindergarten Teacher of Tapon Norte Elementary School, had physical contact with her
    elder brother who is now confirmed “positive” of this dreadful virus and currently admitted in the
    isolation area of Silliman University Medical Center.

    According to her, she made a quick visit of the aforementioned patient to his residence at
    Jilocon, San Jose sometime before Christmas Day, precisely on December 24 th but paid no more visits
    thereafter. To make sure of our safety in school, I advised her thru phone call to stay and work at home
    to start on January 4, 2021 – in time for the resumption of classes and she openly accepted the advice.

    However, she made preparations of all her MODULES for distribution and in turn as the School
    Head, I will ensure that all Kindergarten Modules will be distributed to the parents in school, following
    strict health protocol.
