LETTER OF INTENT

Jenner Jose (Hereinafter "Film Director") is in Development stages of a Bollywood movie (Hindi
language) starring Akshay Kumar. Jenner Entertainment LLC is a USA based production company.
The Film Director has worked on numerous short films in the USA and has produced and directed two
feature length movies as well. His last movie was 'Ooops a Desi' a Bollywood movie on illegal Desis in
New York city and was critically well received movie. His projects are listed on reputed verifiable
websites like IMDB under 'Jenner Jose'.
Jenner Jose has a slate of movie screenplays that are in the process to line-up named actors like Akshay
Kumar.
At this stage of the Development process, script narration is being lined-up and we need 'A letter of
Intent' from the financier stating that if and when we get an approval from the named actor as stated
above, your company is ready to financially back the movie project.
The tentative budget of the Akshay Kumar project is 70 Crores and we seek 100% finance at 50-50%
profit-share split. 50% financier profit-share will start after the initial investment of 70 Crores is
recouped by the financier.
This is a 'Letter of Intent' and is not a binding contract as the terms of agreement between Financier and
other parties involved will be discussed and legally executed after the named actor has approved of the
project.
