Dear Tadepalli Sujatha,

With respect to your application and the subsequent interview that you had with us we are pleased
to extend you this offer to join Scuti Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd (“Company” or “Scuti”) as Associate
Manager-Business Development in our India Development Center. This offer of employment holds
well on your successful meeting the eligibility criteria laid down by the company at the time of
joining. This letter officially confirms the offered terms of employment with Company.

Your gross annual compensation is Rs. 684,000/- which includes allowances and statutory benefits
and will be structured as per the attached Annexure – A (Compensation details) in accordance with
Company’s policy.

Your employment with the Company will be governed by attached Annexure – B (Terms and
conditions of Employment). You are required to carefully read these terms and conditions of
employment as a part of accepting this Offer of Employment. Your employment with Company is
contingent on satisfactory completion of verification and / or background or reference checks, which
may occur at any time prior to or after your effective date of joining as part of Terms and conditions
of Employment. You are required to provide all documents as per the attached Annexure – C (Check
List) on your Date of Joining.

To accept this Offer of Employment, we request that you submit a duplicate copy of this letter,
Annexure – A and Annexure – B, with your original signature on each page as to indicate your formal
acceptance of this Offer of Employment with the Company. If we do not receive the above
mentioned items from you on or before December 26, 2020 (Ten (10) days from the date of this
letter), or if, after your acceptance of this Offer of Employment, you have not joined the Company by
December 28, 2020, the terms of this letter and this Offer of Employment will be held to have been
rejected by you, unless otherwise communicated to you by the Company in writing.
