Stakeholder Engagement Communication Strategy Draft and Matrix

1. Please ensure that you complete this task by day end and submit it to the
email id mentioned along. The feedback for this submission will be
organized on a common convenient time as per the students’ schedule and
faculty.
2. Please follow the guidelines below for the one-page draft copy of the
Stakeholder Communication Strategy:
a. Use Times New Roman font size 12 with 1.15 spacing.
b. Ensure that your submission is in a word doc titled; Team *** (Your
relevant team) Stakeholder Engagement Communication Strategy
c. Do write the names of the team members at the top of the page.
d. Both the strategy draft and the matric needs to be submitted as one
document.
3. Any late submissions will not be considered for the review and feedback
process.
4. Please feel free to make necessary but logical assumptions and ensure that
you mention your assumption and the associated logic in the draft
document that you submit.

5. Since some students have been missing sessions (for valid reasons though),
this submission, along with a viva voce on the same will be considered as an
evaluation substitute in case anybody misses (for valid reasons though) the
individual evaluation planned later in the course.

Muscle RDX, decides to hire the ‘VkNoL Communication Consultants’ to draft a
communication strategy for their stakeholder group. You are Team D and your team
lead has asked you to draft a one-page Stakeholder Communication strategy and a
communication matrix for Nutritionists and doctors and submit it by day end, 16th
