Schools should teach more practical life skills to better prepare students for adulthood. Currently, Romanian schools emphasize theory over practical skills needed for careers. Many graduates feel unprepared for responsibilities of adult life like managing money, applying for jobs, and understanding politics. Schools could help by teaching subjects like applying for loans, budgeting finances, and qualities needed for employment. This would help students integrate into society more easily after graduation.

Nowadays, more and more students give up their interest in
school because they have the impression that it does not prepare them for adult life in society.. In my opinion Schools should teach practical skills such as managing money an applying for jobs, as well as academic subjects. Firstly, Unfortunately, school in Romania places too much emphasis on theory or useless things in everyday life. Over the school years, we are forced to remember things that are too unimportant for a future career. I do not want to say that all subjects are useless, but I would like to insist more on the subjects that help you find a job in the desired field. I think there should be a certain balance between what we need to learn for the career itself and for everyday life. On the other hand, a large percentage of young adults who graduate from high school or college feel unprepared for the trials that follow in their lives. Even if most learn along the way, it would be much better if the school taught students how to become responsible adults. For example, I would like to learn how to apply for a bank loan, how to share my money more thoughtfully, what qualities I need to get a good job, things about politics and rights and other information so that I can be as easy as possible to integrate. In conclusion, a healthy society is based on educated people who know how to put into practice the information gained in the years of training.
