are invited from the permanent residents of J&K state for filling of
following posts with the requisite qualifications shown against each, as
under:-

Preference shall be given to candidate well versed with cultural
history of the region for which the post has been advertised.

The age of the candidate for the appointment to the above posts
shall be as under:-

Applications accompanied with a bank draft of Rs.500/- pledged in
the name of the Secretary, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and
Languages, along with attested copies of the following
certificates/testimonials should reach Academy Secretariat, Canal Road,
Jammu by or before 28.02.2011 positively.

The candidates falling under socially and educationally backward
class/category mentioned at S.No. 2 of the notice shall submit
their requisite certificates besides above mentioned testimonials.
Applicants already in Govt. service shall have to apply through the
proper channel.
Applications, incomplete in any respect and submitted after due
date shall not be entertained. The applicants will have to appear before
a Selection Committee for written test and interview (viva-voca) at the
venue fixed by the Academy at their own expenses.
