Survey Apprentice
1. TB. Napoleon 2 / BG. Soluna 10, Coal Cargo Loss at Dondang anchorage – East Kalimantan on 26
December 2018. I entered starboard aft tank to measure dimension of the tank and then I calculate its
volume in meter cubic then converted by coal density to coal metric ton due to the tank was leaking
causing coal cargo fell into Muara Berau sea and Dondang river.
2. MV. Magic Seas at Adang Bay anchorage, Tanah Grogot – East Kalimantan on 12 March 2019. I
joint surveyed damaged grab which caused by lack of maintenance of grab wire.
 3. TB. Kingfisher 838 / BG. Asia Star 808 collided with TB. Intan Megah 10 / BG. Intan Kelana 8 at
Tanjung Berhala of Mahakam river on 1 March 2020.
4. MV. SFL Humber onhire condition survey at Muara Berau on 7 December 2020.
